Vacatia Inc., a leading provider of innovative, customer-centric solutions for timeshare resorts, has been recognized with three awards from the American Resort Development Association, the national trade association for the vacation ownership industry.
“Congratulations to our team members who have earned this national recognition,” said Caroline Shin, CEO of Vacatia. “I know we have built a truly exceptional team, and I’m thrilled to see them rewarded for their outstanding service.”
The awards were presented on March 26 at ARDA’s annual conference in Orlando, Florida. Vacatia’s award winners and their respective categories include:
Hurricane Helene and Milton Response Team (Vacatia Corporate) – Business Administration Team
Onboarding Team (Vacatia Corporate) – Cross Functional Team

Vacatia team members who had previously been announced as finalists include:

In 2025, ARDA received hundreds of entries for its awards program. Only a fraction become finalists, and fewer still receive the coveted awards.
“As more and more resorts are choosing Vacatia’s management services, I’m particularly proud to see our Onboarding Team recognized, as many board members have expressed how impressed they were with the efficiency of the process,” Shin added. “Their strategic and thorough approach to streamlining the process of implementing Vacatia’s technology and systems at new properties has been a huge contributor to our success. We can now onboard a new resort in as little as three weeks.”
