About Us
A diverse team with a range of expertise. It’s something that most companies aspire to, but Vacatia actually embodies it, assembling the best talent in technology, accounting, and sales to complement the on-site hospitality professionals who serve our owners and guests.
What unites us? An incessant desire to improve through innovation, and a belief that nothing is more important than good-old-fashioned hospitality. We also have a distaste for industry norms. "That's how we've always done it in the past" is not part of our vocabulary.
Ultimately, we rally around a very simple notion: Begin with what the customer wants and work backwards to a solution. That customer can be our board partners at budget time, it could be a longstanding owner who needs handholding when making an internal exchange, or a renter requesting special accommodations for an elderly parent. We're here to help. And our leadership team sets the tone.
